NitroEVS collects the name, email address, project details and optional budget or postcode that you submit. Customer accounts store a password hash, never your plain password. Order records contain the details needed to administer the transaction. Session cookies support secure sign-in and form protection. Cart preferences are stored in your browser.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, administer accounts and manage orders. This release does not use advertising trackers or sell customer data. Hosting and database services are provided through Render; infrastructure is currently located in Singapore. If payments are enabled in the future, Stripe will handle card information. Card numbers are not stored by NitroEVS.

Authorised administrators can access customer and enquiry records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legitimate legal and recordkeeping requirements. Do not submit identity documents, sensitive personal information or payment credentials in enquiries.

Operator legal identity, business contact details and a final retention schedule must be confirmed before commercial checkout opens. This policy describes the current enquiry service. Last reviewed 25 October 2026.
