Shipping is confirmed for the exact product and destination before an order is accepted. Vehicles, oversize goods, batteries and special orders require a freight quote. No universal delivery time or freight price is promised.
Lithium batteries are dangerous goods. Shipping requires product-specific transport information, suitable packaging and carrier acceptance. Do not post a damaged, swollen or faulty battery back to us. Contact us first for safe return arrangements. International battery shipping is not offered through automated checkout.
Australian Consumer Law rights apply to eligible purchases. For a major product failure, consumers can generally choose a refund or replacement. Other failures may be remedied by repair, replacement or refund as required by law. We do not direct customers to seek their statutory remedy only from a manufacturer. Reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty goods will be handled in accordance with the law.
