Warranty & Consumer Guarantees
Products supplied to Australian consumers carry applicable guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply independently of any manufacturer warranty and cannot be excluded by a store policy.
A product-specific manufacturer warranty will be provided only after its terms are verified. No blanket warranty duration is currently advertised. Spare-parts support and who handles a claim must be established before a product can be approved for sale.
For a concern, contact NitroEVS with the order reference, model, issue and safe photographs. Do not operate or charge equipment that is damaged or unsafe. A modification does not automatically remove every consumer right, but may affect a claim where it caused the fault.
